Step 3 — Prepare for your strategy call

Before our call — spend 10 minutes thinking about these three things:

✦ Who is your ideal community member — who do you most want to help and serve?

✦ What transformation does your community deliver — what changes for someone after being inside?

✦ What products, apps or resources do you already have that we can add to the classroom?

You do not need to have all the answers. That is what the call is for. But having thought about these things means we can move faster and build something you truly love.

Step 4 — Here is your full build timeline

Day 1 — Strategy call. We map everything out together. Day 2-3 — I build your community, classroom and start building your 100 custom apps.

Day 4 — I write your welcome post, 3 launch posts and set up your Beacons store.

Day 5 — Your community goes live. I shout it out to my 1300+ members so real warm people start joining immediately.

Five days from our strategy call to a live community with real members inside.

Step 5 — What I need from you before the call

Please have the following ready to share with me on our strategy call:

✦ A brief description of who your community is for and what it is about

✦ Your brand colors if you have them — even just a color you love
